Terre Des Hommes Schweiz at The Culturescapes Festival
21 October to 2 November, Basel
terre des hommes schweiz will be a partner on the topic of Western Sahara at the interdisciplinary art festival Culturescapes. A highlight will be the multimedia artivism project “Jaimitna”, on display at the Basel Markthalle.
The Western Sahara conflict has been forgotten. Making this conflict invisible is a strategy of the occupying power. The Sahrawi people are trying to assert their right to self-determination through peaceful means. Helping this peaceful struggle gain visibility supports the peaceful resolution of the conflict.
We look forward to a lively exchange at the Culturescapes Festival.
