Webinar Series ‹Mission-Colonialism Revisited›

Countries of the Global South are often classified as “underdeveloped” and in need of aid, in contrast to countries of the Global North. Such notions of development are partly based on racist stereotypes rooted in the colonial era. Mission 21 will critically examine images and language in international (“development”) cooperation and identify anti-racist alternatives.
