Nasta Agrba, who has been a local project manager in Abkhazia for several of artasfoundation’s projects will introduce the participants to a project she has been conducting recently in this area by the Black Sea that is recognised as a state only by Russia and a handful of other pro-Russian countries. It is a project that invited artists and their art to contribute to cultural change in a specific, important, but somewhat unexpected area – waste disposal.
