Call for donations – Better Protection for Human Rights Defenders

The organization Réseau des Défenseurs des Droits Humains en Afrique Centrale (REDHAC) works with a network of more than 400 human rights organizations in a context that is marked by a crisis in Cameroon and the region to promote and protect human rights defenders and to create peace based on conflict-solution mechanisms. The six employees of REDHAC often travel to remote and hard-to-reach regions in conflict areas where their personal safety is endangered. The Swiss aid organization Miva seeks to support their valuable work and to finance their own vehicle to improve the safety of the journeys. We appreciate your donation for this miva-project.
